Denver Council Panel on Refugees & Asylum Seekers

"Refugees Welcome" graffitied in pink spray paint on a cement wallOn Thursday, January 25th, the Denver Council on Foreign Relations-Young Professionals Committee (DCFR-YPC) is hosting an engaging and timely panel titled Human Stories, Global Journeys: Responding to ºÚÁÏÍø¹ÙÍø's New Refuges and Asylum Seekers. The panel will be hosted in partnership with the International Rescue Committee and the German American Chambers of Commerce and will feature panelists from the City of Denver, the International Rescue Committee, Casa de Paz, and more! We are also extremely excited that the event will be hosted by the Political Science Department's own Dr. Jim Walsh.

The panel will be held at the Posner Center for International Development, 1031 33rd St, Denver, CO 80205. Doors open at 5:30 PM and the event begins at 6:30 PM. Students may obtain discounted tickets for $10.
