- Please be aware that your high school transcript won’t include your credits for CU Succeed classes. In order to transfer these CU credits, you’ll need to order an officialÌý transcript from CU Denver to be sent directly to your future college.
- First, check with your high school instructor to be sure they have submitted your final grades. You cannot be refunded if you order a transcript before final grades are posted.

- Click on the “Ordering your own credentials or academic records"
- Input your email address, click next
- Input your bio/demo information and choose a password for your account
- Use a personal email address that will not expire
- You will be sent a verification email; click the link in the email or enter the verification code sent in the email; once the account is verified, you will be redirected to the main request page; first, click on "start by selecting the school or organization you attended"
- The school attended is "University of ºÚÁÏÍø¹ÙÍø Denver"; once entered, you will get a listing of schools, select the option for "University of ºÚÁÏÍø¹ÙÍø Denver/Anschutz Medical Campus", and "college/undergraduate"
- Click Add
- Input the information specified on the next page; if you are currently taking a CU Succeed course, select "Yes, currently attending." If you are not currently taking a CU Succeed class, select "No, not currently attending."
- Input your first year of attendance; exact dates are not required; our system will locate you even if you do not know/incorrectly input this date. If you select "No, not currently attending" it will ask for approximate last date of enrollment. Input the year after you took your course; if you do not know this date, an approximation is fine.
- If you have your student ID number (sent in the email titled "Next Steps") you may input it, though it is not required.
- For last four digits of social security number, input "0000"
- Verify your name and click "Finish creating my Parchment accountÌýwithoutÌýplacing an order right now." Your account will be created.
- You will be taken to a screen for "Available Credentials"
- On the option for Official Transcript, select "Order."
- You will then be taken to a screen where you may select to have your transcript sent to a specific college or university, or send your official transcript to yourself. Choose the option which you need.
- On the next screen, you will be asked the purpose of your transcript request; select "transfer." For requested transcript type select "All CU History."
- Campus attended is "Denver"
- Sign the request using a mouse or a finger and consent to the request; click to confirm
- On the next page you will be prompted for payment; input credit card information and click "Submit payment."
- Your request will be processed within 7-10 business days; if you selected the transcript to be sent directly to a school, it will be sent to the admissions/registrar's office for that school. If you requested the transcript sent to a personal address, please make sure that your email can accept messages from any "@ucdenver.edu" email address
